We have always been a country of complaining and criticizing.
I applied for a passport renewal on 2nd April 2012 and collected the new passport on 19th April. That was within 11 working days. The automation and workflow seems to be working smooth;y.
These are the positives that we did not have 10 years ago.
Probably listers can also count their blessing for the last 10 years.
