In the same vein have you noticed the long lines winding around Nyayo House in pursuit of passports and other services from immigration? I don't think those lines were as long during the "analogue" days some years ago...  Must be disastrous for those in the lines during the rainy weather

Why are we as a country investing millions of dollars in ICT Platforms to help in G2C interaction and then ask us to go back to the Nyayo House era of lining up for driving licenses? What am I missing here?
