It was surprising to learn that subscribers are receiving notification from ZAIN that the club 20 Tarrif has been suspended for 24^th December and 31^st December, for what is indicated as system upgrade!!

Why the specific dates of 24^th and 31^st December? Is it to cash in on the xmas and new year calls? What does consumer protection rights dictate? Can we hear from the regulator?
