To all concerned, I have read that 4pm seems to be the best and popular time to meet. Alice if you read this could you kindly confirm that 4:00 pm is ok with you. We are ok with this. Please note that Florence will attend but will be late as she has to attend a full day workshop for our recipient Min. of Planning for the researchers etc. I will not be able to attend as I have a series of meetings to go to with a visitor in town on 2nd June, and this will take the whole day. Apologies. Alice could someone confirm who is going to chair the meeting. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAD NOT MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT LUNCH. UNLESS SOMEONE WAS SPONSORING, THERE WAS NO LUNCH INVOLVED THIS TIME. Alice please confirm this. regards Lizette At / À 01:45 PM 5/27/2005, ANDREW KARANJA wrote / a écrit:

seconded. I like the afternoon idea.
afternoon means we don't have to miss a whole day from our offices...but it also means we miss the lunch Lizette had offered...but maybe she could convert it into a cocktail or dinner - if we cross our fingers hard (;-)
walu.
