If YT pulls down a video, I believe that's the end of it - unless someone else downloaded a copy and hosted it elsewhere, which can also be easily dealt with.

unfortunately the internet never forgets and the transnational nature of the internet would make it difficult to enforces as the content may not be hosted by a Kenyan organization
