Of particular note here will be demonstration of the locally assembled Digital Broadcast Converter as well as discussions with local developers and content producers on how to develop local content for digital broadcast platform. This is a follow up to a visit by PS Dr Ndemo to the University of Nairobi's Fab Lab 3 weeks ago in which the ICT Board was tasked to create a forum for awareness on the Digital Decoder.
