Hi Judy,
Thanks for the meeting notes, regarding the
new proposed location in CBD to help attendance, I feel that its
a noteworthy concept, however, no guarantee of attendance, unless most
members offices are in the CBD. If people really want to attend the meeting
they will, Westlands is not that far away-however I may be wrong in case most
members offices are in town! What we all probably need is a few reminders
ahead of time and perhaps an opportunity to discuss the agenda on line
before the meeting may help to ensure that all peoples interests are covered and
they are motivated to attend. Anyway, I'm one of the culprits so let me not say
much here, see you on Nov. 9th.
