You miss the point, a patriotic Kenyan is willing to do it for free why should the government go an pay for the same service?

Areba is a true ICT enthusiast to him it is less painful to redo the site for free than keep being associated with such a site being Kenyan.

I wonder who is responsible for State House website? Does Directorate of Govt ICT oversee these things? We still don't have an answer regarding the Kenya Police website, or is there?

Please have a look at the attached photos viz a viz statehousekenya.go.ke website. I took two days off and decided to give it a makeover, now all i need is an email address i can forward the script (php) and db (sql) for the site. (its done in wordpress).  or just login for file transfer and db on an accessible server.

I think we are in agreement that what is online from a design / web dev perspective is horrendous. (With all due respect to the developer).  Consider this a gift from a kenyan patriotic enough to be pissed at the image being potrayed by those doing this, (that there are no competent web developers in the country).
