Congratulations to Joe Mucheru and Victor,
Lets wish them success on the Parliamentary Vetting ahead. Thereafter, they'll only need Strategies of Purpose and team work;  and an Inclusive advisory committee (i.e Including me of course).

Kind regards

Mucheru + Victor: - This is the 'real' dynamic duo :-)

Doesn't matter who is the CS or the PS. I  suspect their thinking and philosophy is the same.

We may not know why the appointing authority preferred that order but at least both are real champions in the ICT industry.

Evans,

Joe Mucheru & Victor Kyalo are old hands in. KE ICT. Both have been entrepreneurs and then at some point moved on to various ventures. So we shouldn't go wrong  ‎with either.

However, what's the better fit? Mucheru at CS, Victor at PS or the other way round? Victor CS, Mucheru PS?
