Dear Edith, Thank you for setting the ball rolling, in the absence of a framework on Freedom of Information we are likely to experience such issues, well Ministry of Infocom has done well but if my memory is still ok i recall the issue was somewhere in bunge, i wonder what Eng Rege has to say about that, of late so many bills have been going through, i hope the Information Society is not being left behind.
