Hi Robert: I enjoy your comments. But with due respects, you are
trivializing the all important subject of calling rates. I doubt you can prove
and demonstrate that low calling rates automatically leads to immediate recruitment
of incompetent staff (on the basis of numerous spelling mistakes on the
brochure you have attached). I’ve printed a copy. It is unfair to (consumers) provoke
emotions that you may over-pay for quality services. MSPs have an option to
right-size – go for a lean establishment. Again this must be an exceptional
brochure. Nonetheless, I’d love to hear from Safaricom on whether they can own
up the brocure, its contents and disastrous spellings. Even if they do, I doubt
they will relate the same to low calling rates, MTR or price wars.

Subject: [kictanet] Effects of lower calling rates
Hi,
It is with sadness that I make
this post, the effects of lower calling rates on Safaricom are beginning to
show.
When an organisation known for its
attention to detail, releasing a brochure to the public with such glaring
errors is truly a reason for concern.

Robert
