2) In Kenya, the policy is to have five sub-domains i.e. .co, .or, .go, .ac and .sc<br>3) The clauses in the the KCA Amendments &#39;09 relate to the &quot;sub-domains&quot; as above - not to third-level domains<br>4) By virtue of this - all domain registration occur at the 3rd level domain e.g. <a href="http://kictanet.or.ke">kictanet.or.ke</a><br>
5) The licensing provision is a &quot;forward looking&quot; (to use an American term) provision that will allow the development of a competitive hierarchy of registries (since the same act prohibits monopolies and duopolies.<br>
