Bob,<br><br>You are meticulous, that is a good question to be answered by the telcos and  regulator, sometimes i also wonder when you send an sms it doesn&#39;t get to the  recipient yet the money is deducted, what is your recourse? Im sure  millions of shillings disappear from consumers pockets this way :-).<br>
