HBO recently announced that they would be launching a streaming service to non-cable customers next year ... but only in the US.

This got me thinking about what the current state of iTunes video is and I came to this list:

Does anybody know why Zimbabwe, Guinea Bissau, Ghana, Niger, Egypt and a bunch of other African countries are there but not Nigeria, Angola, Rwanda, Tanzania, or Kenya?  Is there some sort of intellectual property law that hasn't been passed here?  It can't be market size since Kenya, Nigeria, and Angola are some of the biggest markets.
