Are the Pasha and DVs feeding off the NOFBI?, if not they should be the first to get on board. Indeed it naturally should also come as best suited for institutions of learning... Who will distribute & sell bandwidth on the last mile...? That is why we want to roll out the last mile so that at least we can utilize it for learning. At the moment only telcos are using it. We need all Kenyans to start to use this resource.
