[kictanet] Ugandans Engaging their ICT Ministry on Net Neutrality

      Just received an email that stakeholders in Uganda (via their ISOC chapter) have drafted a letter <https://goo.gl/NMOc3l> to the Minister of ICT requesting to meet and engage on the NN discussion. Good move on their end, and will keep tabs on the outcome.
