Fiona, I wish to clarify that the meeting was convened by the ITU for regulators with a view to discussing frequency co-ordination within the African region, and to share experiences in the transition to digital TV broadcasting. As far is we are concerned, the meeting, which ended today, was not held in secret as alluded. I hope this clarification provides some comfort and reassurance. I use the phrase 'seemingly secret' because when one of the regional regulators asked to meet with TESPOK and we showed up at the meeting an hour ago; ATU/CCK sent Hilton Security to kick us out of the discussion like there was something we were not suppose to hear. Can ITU/ATU/CCK please clarify what was being discussed that the rest of industry should not know about? What is wrong with TESPOK sitting in as an observer if we don't qualify make any contribution to the discussion? If our regulator and partners take to kicking industry out of such discussions where does that leave all the progress on stakeholder interaction we are striving to have especially in view of the new constitution?
