"Creatives Garage is happy to announce the completion of the AI research that we undertook in collaboration with the Mozilla Foundation. The research is part of
Mozilla’s Africa Mradi research series on the impact of AI on communities in Eastern and Southern Africa. The research,
“AI/KE - ARTificial Intelligence in Africa: Investigating the impacts of AI on the Creative Community in Kenya,” studies the impacts of AI on the creative community in Kenya. The research engaged over 100 creatives, as well as IP lawyers, AI developers/techbuilders, policy makers and regulators about AI and revealed that Kenyan creatives are rapidly adopting AI and using it to catalyze their creative processes.
