Congratulations Hon Mucheru.
I am glad to note that despite having had the shortest time in the cabinet, you have moved swiftly to bring about various initiatives in the industry and also in the Education sector.
It is now time for all of us to put in the work that is required so that we can have even more concrete and lasting developments.
I recall that you challenged the community to engage and come up with directions as regards to the ICT Practitioners Institute. I am personally consulting with a few persons who are for and also against this idea so that we can maybe provide a balanced platform for all stakeholders to engage. I will reach out to the various communities at the earliest once we are ready to move.
Regards,
Kevin

Am I the only one who could have done with new/ different thinking at ICT Ministry?
Progressive economies are using ICT to solve their problems.... traffic/mass transport, computer based exams, promotion of data science/ AI etc while here the Minister no less is looking to regulate ICT practice.
