My area of rigorous interest and inquiry is mentioned in table (Key activities & milestones). Does this mean that the industry will get to know which organization was awarded the contract, and if so by when? It is critical that this is done transparently to avoid a similar situation as McKinsey report (will the electronic “public” version of this report ever see the light of day)?
