Nice piece Robert. It's also telling that the title for Mark Zuckerberg's letter to investors during the Facebook IPO was 'The Hacker Way.' I think the word Hacker now has meaning beyond the stereo type 'Cyber criminal' to mean real hardcore coding skills and a culture of excellence. To some it's definitely a cultural thing - both good and bad. Nice post Robert. Dear Robert,
Thank you for this. Artists are also using more and more Hacking as a form of “creativity”; several ethical issues are posed in terms of the use of Hacking as a form of engaging in change, see as an example http://www.neural.it/

Hi,
It has been a long time since I made a purely IT post, here is my attempt of remaining relevant.
Cyberspace—The New Medium for Activists
Hactivism combines hacking with political activism—and it's transforming political protest and taking it to a new level.
Is it an instrument for positive change and true dissent or yet another vehicle for cybercriminals?
