Chris was the technology-face of IEBC.
A true defender of the electronic IEBC electoral systems. He knew the systems inside out.
His death sends shivers down my spine and raises the question:- is it possible that ICT professionals could be 'liquidated' for doing their work?
May his soul RIP.

Chris Musando, the IEBC ICT manager honored the invite to participate at the 2017 Kenya IGF. He gave some good perspectives on Internet and Elections. Here is the video of the proceedings https://www.facebook.com/ KenyaIGF/videos/1401631396551852/
We pay tribute to him, and RIP. May his family find consolation in these trying moments.
