Hello all, Looks like there is now flow of sms, however the ones for saturday, sunday and monday (Today) till 11.13am are "lost" It is hoped the concerned will explain this outage and also make good a refund for the non delivered sms as has been the case in the past. Regards,
Hi,
I confirm what Mr. Mugambi is saying messages from Safaricom are not getting through to Orange numbers but those from Orange are getting though to Safaricom,
It will be premature to point fingers as the issue could be caused by either side can the person must likely to suffer identify the issue.
What happens when a message does not get through am I still charged?

Hello listers,
From last Friday, at around 4.pm, i have noticed that sms from Safaricom to telkom 020XXX XXXX are not being delivered, (But being charged for of course!!). However the reverse (from 020XXX XXXX are being delivered, and very promptly)
All attempts to get an explanation by calling Safaricom Helpline 100 have been futile.
Before making a formal complaint the Regulator, is there anyone on this list who can shed light as to what is happening?
Regards,
Anthony
