It has been happening for three days now, I make calls and I get disconnected for insufficient funds. When I send a balance inquiry sms, I have a balance of Ksh16.04. Mr. MJ, is this a tactic to ensure that those that intend to switch to other networks part with Kshs16.04 (after purchasing the sim cards they have anyway) or was there some fine print that I missed?
