What amuses me is that there is absolutely no input from anyone in the public universities in these discussions. KENET I believe supplies all the universities with world class bandwidth but the most this bandwidth is used for is Facebook and Youtube and by characters like me to take advantage and download 7gb of chinese language learning material in an hour. Harry, We have been having an awareness campaign but it seems nobody is listening. That is why we want to roll out the last mile so that at least we can utilize it for learning. At the moment only telcos are using it. We need all Kenyans to start to use this resource. We shall heavily use it in 35 counties before covering the rest.
