Hey, there seems to be a loud silence on my earlier question - what is your vision for KICTANet. And remember there is only 32hrs remaining on this question before we move onto the next issue on Mission. Maybe we rephrase the question a bit. What HAS BEEN your understanding of KICTANet? For most of you who have interacted with KICTANet over the last year would agree that it has meant many things to different people. That is what we need to hear. What has been your understanding of KICTANet over this period, how different (if so) do you feel it should proceed? Bill, Dr. Juma, Sparrow, FE, Limo, et al, plse come out of the woodwork ;-)! walu. --- John Walubengo <[email protected]> wrote:

4. Friday 11th: Recieve feedack and agree on the Objectives for KICTANet. Publish final Vision, Mission & Objectives for KICTANet.
Attached below is the existing vision/mission/objectives for KICTANet which shall be our 'working document' for discussion. Keep in mind the following:
A Vision: is what you feel/dream KICTANet should be 3-5yrs from now. A Mission: is what KICTANet should be doing in order to 'get there' Objectives: should be SMART (i.e. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound)
You are all welcome to the discussion - beginning with the following question: What is your Vision for KICTANet?
This question shall ran until end of day on Tue 8th.
