Mpesa has changed our image. We are all working to shape it and become a truely Kenyan innovation. It is a new product that in a few years will be even better. Like a new pride in a home, the family does not go public to tell all and sundry that she chews food with her mouth open.
The African way is to use a third party to pass the message politely. I offer to be the intermediary if Robert has exhausted all channels. We have only heard his side of the story. To save the Pride and our pride, let us try my
proposal.
