Dear Listers, It's good to see that the CS has stepped in to give guidance to the matters. We will need a policy informed approach to regulation. And yes, the issues that many have raised are fundamental to the discussion. As such a knee-jerk response will not hack it. Hope now we can look at the best practices and formulate a robust policy that all OTT providers will be required to adhere to.
