As countries move hostilities online in search of the competitive advantage - socio-economic and national security wise all bets are off. Tactics include setting up a cyber security brigade in the armed forces (China), creating and funding cyber security divisions within the National Intelligence apparatus, outsourcing hacking to hackers etc.

Does anyone know what we are doing to ensure we are not sitting ducks? Especially after the fiasco a few months ago when most Kenya government ministry websites were hacked by amateur hackers from Asia..
