Brian, Ali, Abdala et-al, DNS speaking, I don't see how we can sell the A record of co.ke while the eventual owner will not have control over the globaly known canonical name www. A lot of traffic would be lost between the two different entities. The only solution would be for them to federate among each other. That is an interesting problem.

@collins, No, KENIC did not sell www. KENIC is not involved in selling domains, (apart from the auction :-) ). Domains are owned on first come basis. If you register areba.co.ke, KENIC will not even notice.
