I may not be privy enough re-regulation in the KE space but make no mistake this will indeed happen and that does not worry me at all. When you look at the innovation cycle of a start-up, before it achieves an incumbent status it normally is a target (we all know Uber's woes) and its at this point regulation is formulated, it may take time but it will happen.

Can you imagine what block chain can do to the Land registry in KE with use of smart contracts?
