The University of Manchester's *one-year MSc ICTs for Development degree* <http://www.seed.manchester.ac.uk/subjects/idpm/postgraduatetaught/courselist/icts-for-development-msc/> aims to create "ICT4D champions" who combine technical competencies in information systems and project management with an understanding of development context and practice.
The 2015 Development Leadership Scholarships - worth £16,000 - are available for developing country applicants to the MSc ICT4D programme. Applicants should apply for the MSc by April and for the scholarship by end May.
