I know that she is a very controversial figure and has made wild claims of
 support in the past.<br><br>Apparently this issue came up last week at the East African IGF in Uganda - she was there and tried to claim legitimacy but ended up being outrightly rejected and received a &quot;dressing up&quot; from most of the delegates there....<br>
