With respect to assessing the year in review, here is the plan.
1. Next Monday 21st we shall float a short online questionnaire to get feedback from the community on how they think we have fared as a sector. We shall open the survey for 3days and the first 40 respondents will have a guaranteed seat at the cocktail on Dec 2nd 2016.
2. The following week Monday 28th-Wed 30th Nov 2016, we shall share the analysed feedback and hold online discussion on the key /burning issues.
3. On Friday 2nd Dec 2016, the results and deliberations of the ICT review will be presented at the Cocktail, where high level representatives from various stakeholders are expected to grace the occasion.

an online community evaluation of key ICT activities that have taken place in 2016, and will be led by John
Walubengo. He will communicate the details of this process.
