Many thanks for this update. I cannot believe how much time it has taken to get the USAF online. The law was passed in 2009.

In this particular case I would be the first one to say that the proof of the pudding is in the eating. The USF is a promise that has taken several years to come to fruition, I wonder whether now finally the fund will commence operations and ensure that rural Kenya gets the access to ICTs that it needs.
