Good point. Definitely food for thought. I'm sure Mpesa has a reason to
go back to cards when the very nature of mobile money is card less. Ali, how I understood it is that if your phone is NFC enabled, you would not need the card. You would just swipe the phone. Again, the card is helpful when you are outside network coverage area, like when you travel abroad.
This will definitely be something to watch keenly.
