I am reliably informed through an exclusive interview with Dr. Ndemo for CIO East Africa that there should be a contractor on ground by Dec and in 3 years we should have phase 1. Note that the Nairobi Urban Railway is also part of this project to provide access to the airport, also has 3 year timeline.
