Thanx Wainaina for confirming that at the very least we
managed to get 'mentioned' at the highest level.  But don't
open up the champagne bottle yet - we  only have about
6months into which the ICT bill must be introduced, debated
and passed. In Sept/Oct the MPs must break for elections.

In addition and judging by the long breaks our honourable
MPs are entitled(?) to have, we are probably looking at a
2-to-3 working months for the ICT bill to see the light of
the day.  And until and unless the sector seriously
strategises on escalating this bill (the way Hon. Njoki
Ndungu did with the Sexual Bill) I can bet my Pension that
we shall get into the elections with no further mention of
the word 'ICT' in the current parliament (Oops!- I surely
hope am wrong on this account ;-).
