I am pleased to announce the first draft East African Internet Governance Forum report is now available for public online at http://eaigf.or.ke/files/EAIGF_2010_Report.pdf . The 3rd EAIGF took place at Imperial Royale, Kampala on 11 - 13 August 2010.
The report will also be presented the 5th UN-IGF taking place on 14 - 17 September 2010 in Vilnius, Lithuania.
