Thats right James, considering that some of our best legal minds are involved, it will be an interesting case.
Great test case ahead of the coming general elections. I think under the Kenya Communications (Amendment Act) electronic evidence is recognized.I'm keen to see how this plays out especially given that Twitter posts in Britain & blogs in US have failed to draw prosecutions.
