I know, you know, that many professionals who are familiar with this subject would strongly disagree with the project if implemented without any data protection legislation. Indeed in a DEMOCRATIC society it would border on being reckless because medical data is considered not merely as personal data but "SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA".
