Listers,<div><br></div><div>Just an observation there is a rather lukewarm participation by Honourable Members on ICT discussions on list and offlist, could it be that they are not interested or are they gathering intelligence? the government on the other hand has really done well, anyway just wondering aloud as i wipe my voters card, it has gathered a lot of dust over the last 5 years.</div>
