Roy,
Have to agree.
Today, met with a very skilled software developer who, had one year left to graduate (JKUAT) but had a company to run.
He started coding in high school over 7 years ago.
Right now his firm is subcontracted to rectify a situation, for some tender winners.
He has already noted, after working with South Africans, how demand and reward for performance (as opposed to demand for kickbacks) enables their market to build world class skills and companies.
He is looking to someday open an office down south. Hope we do not drive all our talent away.
