Public IT systems need to support a wide range of various technologies and services, and at the same time accountability and traceability is important for legal reasons. System monitoring allows operators and administrators to pick up network anomalies quickly, pintpoint problems and engage rapid response mechanisms to address issues which could affect service delivery. Our question today, what kind of monitoring do you think could have helped with the recent IEBC IT system failure?
