My Wish list 2016: over the years accessibility to information has always featured in our constitution ,disability law etc..unfortunately this has not been actualized for persons with disabilities/challenges. if you are putting your content out there for public consumption ,can it be for the public across the board (with or without disabilities/challenges). If this can be done starting with the government websites, contents/information, mandatory for all the TV stations to have translators more especially for News Pro grammes etc.

Kind Regards,

My wish: During the next general elections, an option of voting via mobile phones or online. I know this option will come with a lot of challenges but it would be so helpful!

Then I thought...maybe we should add on his inbox a few of our own ideas/ICT wishlist. Something for them (Victor+Itemere) to do in the first 100days.  After that it is often impossible to make an impact.

Here's my wishlist

1. Use technology to get rid of the legendary Nairobi Jam
2. Get ICTs to Counties i.e. Kenya is NOT Nairobi and Nairobi is NOT Kenya :-)
3. Return the Subsidized Laptop program for  University Students (Wezesha program)
4. Resolve the contentious Safaricom 'Dominance' Question.
5. ?
6. ?

Plse add your ideas before logging off for Xmas this thrsday.

regards.

walu.
