[kictanet] Regulator seems to have made up its mind

Telecoms regulator CA says will not implement proposal to break up Safaricom http://www.businessdailyafrica.com/corporate/539550-3849288-83vahdz/index.ht... I thought that we would have some input on this but I guess not. Meanwhile has anyone other than a few special few even read this report? I'm feeling very left out of this process and its extremely frustrating.
