I have been a victim of the phone grab, and lot an expensive phone. They did not transfer money but i was promised that the phone can be tracked because i supplied the serial number to the police , who are suppose to be in touch with safaricom fraud squad. What would be the most appropriate measure we should take to get the culprits? After consulting Safcom,they gave the name of the guy whose phone got the transfer which was passed to the police.No progress so far. How can Safaricom be of help to track the phones of the gang?
