@Grace, Personally, I would be a member right now if I did not have to download a PDF, print it, fill it, etc. Having to do that is a deterrent for many people I'm sure.
what is the use of this post/ critiques? Are you members of CSK
seeking to improve it? I ask because this is the second time I have
noticed such a post ...
