Is it possible as a first dtep (quick win) to automate the name search function? At the moment one has to go through a cumbersome manual system of writing a letter to the registrar of business names, paying some money and then waiting for days for an answer that is often negative - just to check availability of a name. We can learn from registering an email address with yahoo or gmail. Just find out if the name is available online and the process should be objective and take only seconds. Agree prior discussions on the list for five days and then two hour face to face session would work very well.
We can start the discussion a week before the planned face to face meeting.
