Now that the premises is not free can we agree that we pay 500/- each just in case only 20 people show up. As indicated the venue has a capacity of only 50 people, which means the crowd can be more interactive.

Mwololo, I suggest those interested should mpesa the money to you so that you can do the bookings.  Please lets stop domo domo on this issue and move forward.

I have booked a conference facility belonging to our commercial arm (UNES) for 50 people because all our lecture theatres are busy with teaching. It is called Arziki in Chiromo campus - no parking problem. They will charge 5,800/- for the room and 150/- per person for tea and snacks. We can either "changa" to defray these costs or one of us can pay for it. It might be too small for ICT board!!
